Privacy policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
In short: you can play every game without an account. The site uses Google services to save favorites, reviews and leaderboards, to measure which games get played, and to show ads on the home page.
This policy covers appgames.me, a free catalogue of browser games run by Sense Sensei Solutions (“Sense Sensei”, “we”) in Bahrain. Our studio-wide policy is at sensesensei.me/privacy. This page gives the details for App Games ME.
Playing without an account
You do not need an account to play. The first time you save a favorite, play an online match or finish a ranked game, the site signs you in anonymously: Firebase Authentication creates a random player ID and keeps it in your browser. That ID is not linked to your name or email address.
Signing in with Google
Signing in is optional. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us through Firebase Authentication. We use your account to keep your favorites across devices and to let you write reviews. Reviews show your Google name. Other players never see your email address, and your picture appears only to you, in the top bar. You can sign out at any time.
What other players can see
Some things are public by design:
- Leaderboards: your player name, rank, scores and achievements. Your profile starts with the name you use in online games, or a generated one, and you can change it.
- Reviews: your name, star rating and text.
- Online matches: the name you choose and your moves are shared with the other players in the room.
Play counts on game cards are anonymous totals.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, through Firebase, to see how the site is used: which games people open, what they search for on the home page, and actions such as favorites, reviews and sign-ins. It also records general details such as device, browser and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar browser storage to do this.
Ads
The home page shows ads served by Google AdSense. The games do not show ads.
- Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to show ads based on your earlier visits to this site and to other sites.
- Google’s advertising cookies let Google and its partners choose ads for you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You can turn off personalized ads from Google in My Ad Center. To opt out of personalized ads from other companies, visit aboutads.info or youronlinechoices.eu.
- Where the law requires it, such as in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, you are asked before cookies are used for ads.
Google explains how it uses information from sites that show its ads at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Stored on your device
Your browser keeps a few things for you: your player ID, the games you played recently (for “Jump back in”), the name you use in online games, and each game’s saves and settings. Clearing this site’s data removes them. Favorites and leaderboard progress tied to an anonymous player ID cannot be recovered after that, so sign in with Google first if you want to keep them.
Services we use
- Firebase, by Google, hosts the site, runs sign-in and stores favorites, reviews, leaderboards and online match data in a database in Belgium.
- Google Analytics and Google AdSense, described above.
- Google Fonts provides the site’s fonts, and one game loads code from unpkg.com. Your browser connects to these services directly, so they receive your IP address.
Google may process data in the United States and other countries. Like any web host, Firebase receives your IP address and browser details with each page you load.
Moderation
Player names pass through a filter, and offensive names are replaced. If an account breaks the rules, we may rename or ban it. A ban keeps the account’s player ID, name and the reason.
Keeping and deleting your data
You can remove favorites and delete your own reviews at any time (“Delete my review” in a game’s reviews). Everything else linked to your player ID, such as your player name, scores and achievements, stays until you ask us to delete it. To delete your data or get a copy, email privacy@sensesensei.me with your player name or the email address you signed in with. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
App Games ME is for a general audience. Yasmin’s Play Garden is made for small children playing with a grown-up. It needs no account and shows no ads, and the only thing it saves on your device is whether sound is on. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email privacy@sensesensei.me and we will delete it.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
